Ed Parker's American Kenpo is a modern system of Self-Defense with influences from both Japanese traditional Karate, Jiujitsu and Judo as well as ancient Chinese Kung Fu.  This system was compiled, developed and redeveloped by Mr. Ed Parker over nearly half a century until his death in December of 1990.  Several of Mr. Parker's top students have since taken his system into different directions, but Mr. Lee Wedlake, a private student and close friend of Mr. Parker would carry on Mr. Parker's legacy and perpetuate his system into the 21st century.  Our Kenpo program is run by Mr. Nick Dreiling, student of Mr. Bruce Meyer in the Ed Parker - Lee Wedlake lineage of Kenpo.  We continue to learn more about what Mr. Parker left for us and strive to make his kenpo the best it can be.  Mr. Wedlake makes frequent visits to our studio for quality control and continued education for our instructors and students.

In addition to our Beginner's Ed Parker's American Kenpo program, we also offer supplimental training in Judo and Jiujitsu as well as Filipino Kali and Eskrima.
