THE PROBLEM...
So consider this scenario... you're a single or working parent struggling to make ends meet for your family, or maybe you and your spouse are both working. After work, it's a miraculous feat for you to arrange your child's transportation from school to home to afterschool activities to sporting events to friends' houses to grandma's or wherever our crazy schedules lead us... then it's homework time, then dinner, then bedtime. Your entire day has gone by in a flash and the only real interaction you had with your child was in the car while they're playing their Nintendo DS, or whatever they're called now.
With many families earning two incomes to make ends meet, often times, it's your relationship with your kids that can suffer the most. Often, a lack of spending quality time with your child can lead to them feeling isolated from you as a parent. As your child is bombarded with negative influences elsewhere, you are clueless as to how you can get your child to listen to you.
